Yes, you can cancel a booking after you have paid. To request a cancellation you will need to email us at hello@jompaw.com, and let us know why the booking needs to be cancelled. You are required to provide at least 72 hours notice to cancel (and reschedule) a service with JomPaw. If less than 72 hours is provided for all services with JomPaw, then you may be charged in full.
