Yes, we are. 365 days a year!
How far in advance do I need to schedule a service?
A month before. A week before. A day before. Hours before. You can schedule visits at any time - even the day of the visit! Whenever you need us, we'll be there for you and your furry pet(s) from 7AM to 11PM, 365 days a year. Please be aware that there is a RM30 Same Day Booking Fee added to services that are scheduled 24 hours before the service is rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel a service at any time! Just be sure to let us know at least 48 hours in advance (and reschedule), or else the service will be charged in full. We maintain a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, which is required as a courtesy to our pet sitters, dog walkers, and pet chauffeurs who rely on the income of their pre-booked schedules to make a living, and who without sufficient notice, aren’t granted the opportunity of making alternate arrangements to pick up additional work to make up for the loss of income within the time slot that was originally reserved for your scheduled service.
When do I pay?
You'll need to make a full payment to secure a time slot before a service is rendered. We maintain a strict full payment policy, which is required as a courtesy to our JomPawers who rely on the income of their pre-booked pet boarding, dog walking, or pet taxi schedules to make a living.
Do weekend services cost extra?
No, pets aren't familiar with days of the week and neither are we. Weekend rates are the same as weekday rates.
How do I pay?
You can make payments via Bank Transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Is my pet sitter, dog trainer, dog walker, or pet chauffeur experienced?
Yes! We only hire sitters, trainers, walkers, and chauffeurs that have experience in caring for furry pets. All JomPawers are knowledgeable, dependable, and very passionate about animals.
How do you ensure that my pet is not around unhealthy pets?
JomPaw will screen through each pet before rendering any service, hence we conduct the Meet and Greet Session. All pets are to be vaccinated and must be free of ticks and fleas. Additional charge (including spot on treatment and pest control solutions) applies if your furry pets are found with fleas and ticks.
Do you do pack walks?
No, we limit the number of dogs we walk to small groups of up to 4 dogs. Semi private small groups range in size from 2 dogs to a maximum of 4 dogs. However, we will honour the request for private walks, or siblings from the same home together.
